Vaccination Clinic 2024-2025
Once again, this year CMSA is promoting influenza vaccination. Vaccines will be administered from mid-October to the end of December by appointment only, Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. We invite you to contact the office to schedule an appointment with our nurse to receive your vaccine. You can also express your interest during your next visit to the center when you check in at reception.

Diabetes Seminars
Starting in June 2024, these information sessions are designed for prediabetic and diabetic patients. They teach the basics of diabetes, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits to adopt. Inquire about the next seminar dates!

Cholesterol Seminars
These information and discussion sessions are designed for patients diagnosed with hypercholesterolemia (high blood lipid levels). They cover the basics of the condition, the associated cardiovascular risks, how to manage cholesterol levels with practical tools, and finally, the dietary habits needed to lower cholesterol. These sessions are held monthly. Inquire about the next seminar dates!

Foot Care
Due to high demand for foot care with the specialized nurse, patients with private insurance coverage for these services are asked to book external appointments.

Instructions for Patients Regarding Appointments:

To schedule an emergency appointment, you must call the clinic the same morning starting at 9:00 a.m. Emergency appointments are a maximum of 15 minutes and are used to address the urgent or acute health issue you have recently developed that does not require an emergency room visit.
Absences and delays reduce access for everyone to doctors and healthcare professionals and contribute to delays for subsequent patients. Help us improve your experience with us by arriving 15 minutes early for your appointment.
Fees apply for each missed appointment (more than 5 minutes late).
If you have developed flu symptoms, or an infection from a respiratory virus (COVID, RSV, etc.), you are required to disclose it when booking your medical appointment at the clinic. You will also be required to wear a mask and any other protective equipment deemed necessary by clinic staff.
