Ste-Anne's Medical Center (CMSA) is a Family Health Services (FHO) organization that employs family physicians and health care professionals who can provide care to its member patients to improve and/or maintain their health. and their well-being both physically and mentally.

Our team is currently made up of permanent family doctors, a consultant psychiatrist, a nurse practitioner, nurses (RN), a psychologist, social workers specialized in social intervention and psychotherapy, a dietitian, a contract orthotist-prosthetist, a nurse contract foot care assistant as well as administrative support staff. All work in close collaboration to achieve the targeted care objectives through a concerted approach.

We are also in partnership with another clinic made up of 5 general surgeons on site, which allows easy access to services.

Our clinical activities focus on 5 clinical programs: a mental health program, a maternal and child care program, a chronic care program (diabetes, hypertension), a nutrition program, a foot care program.

Our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) are supported by Telus' PS Suite software along with its OCEAN add-ons (Secure Messaging, Appointment Reminder and Self-Booking), and video conferencing via PS Suite/Telus. You can also access it remotely using our VPN.

The complete management of clinical and administrative operations is carried out by a management team with nearly 30 years of experience in the health sector and having also worked as health professionals in various care settings. So we understand your reality very well.
